2020

IPSO FACTO VII Limited Partnership

IPSO FACTO VII Limited Partnership is the continuation of IPSO FACTO VI Limited Partnership, investing in the development of all real estate asset classes sponsored by leading developers or entrepreneurs with a development period generally between one and five years. IPSO FACTO VII Limited Partnership is currently in its investment period. Several investments have already been completed since its creation.

2019

Completion of the investment in IPSO FACTO (RPA) Limited Partnership

The sale of this investment brought to a close the senior housing development program in partnership with Le Groupe Maurice. This association has led to the development of a $3.0B portfolio.

2016

IPSO FACTO VI Limited Partnership

IPSO FACTO VI Limited Partnership is the continuation of IPSO FACTO V Limited Partnership, investing in the development of all real estate asset classes. This limited partnership has led to the completion of 42 investments.

2015

IPSO FACTO (RPA) Limited Partnership

IPSO FACTO (RPA) Limited Partnership is the continuation of IPSO FACTO II Limited Partnership, focusing on maintaining the senior housing development program in partnership with Le Groupe Maurice. This limited partnership has led to the development of 15 additional senior housing projects.

2013

Completion of the investment of IPSO FACTO IV Limited Partnership

The sale of this investment brought to a close the development program of Quartier Dix30 phases III to VII commercial project in Brossard, in partnership with developers Devimco and Carbonleo. The association has led to the development of a $500M asset.

2012

IPSO FACTO V Limited Partnership

IPSO FACTO V Limited Partnership is the continuation of IPSO FACTO III Limited Partnership, investing in the development of all real estate asset classes. This limited partnership has led to the completion of 57 investments.

2010

IPSO FACTO IV Limited Partnership

IPSO FACTO IV Limited Partnership focused on the development of phases III through VII of the Quartier Dix30 commercial project in Brossard, which is located from the Square Dix30 all the way to the Montreal Canadiens Training Center.

2008

IPSO FACTO III Limited Partnership

IPSO FACTO III Limited Partnership is the continuation of IPSO FACTO Limited Partnership, investing in the development of all real estate asset classes. This limited partnership has led to the completion of 61 investments.

2006

IPSO FACTO II Limited Partnership

IPSO FACTO II Limited Partnership focused on the senior housing development in partnership with Le Groupe Maurice throughout the Province of Quebec. This limited partnership has led to the development of 21 senior housing projects.

2000

The IPSO FACTO Limited Partnership

IPSO FACTO Limited Partnership was created following the partnership between Mr. Pierre Bourgie and Mr. Serge Robitaille. It is a diversified limited partnership that invests in the development of all real estate asset classes (single-family housing, multi-residential and condominiums building, industrial, commercial and office properties as well as senior housing). This limited partnership has led to the completion of 52 investments.
